WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
I gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

HOW SECURE IS THIS STORE?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). When using Payapl your money is safe and all purchases are protected.

DO I NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
All pieces are made to order, please understand I am only one person and these things take time to put together. Domestic orders are mailed within 1 week after receiving payment. A notification will be sent through email once order is shipped. Tokyo orders will arrive in 3-5 days after item has been shipped. International orders are mailed through First Class International mail and will arrive in 1-3 weeks. International delivery times will vary depending on your location. If an order somehow becomes lost in transit please notify me as all orders include a tracking number. I will pack everything carefully and look over the shipping address numerous times to make sure it gets sent to the proper destination, once package has been shipped it's up to USPS to deliver the goods. If you would like to add insurance please contact me and insurance can be added for a small fee.

WILL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS BE CHARGED CUSTOMS FEES?
International orders are subject to being charged customs fees by the destination county's government. I have no control over how much you are charged for customs and the fees are completely independent of keenwakeen.bigcartel.com. Please understand that I cannot be held responsible for any additional charges the destination country may impose on you.
